Pieces of Mojo

Marimba Instructor: Walt Hampton 

Drum Instructor: James Mader

Participants will play marimba and drum pieces from easy to challenging, and learn the teaching techniques and concepts involved with each piece. They will also learn ensembles designed to combine marimbas/Orff instruments and drums in classrooms for grades 3 and up.

 

Walt and James are both world-renowned clinicians, and this will be a career changing class for you and your music classroom!

There will also be an introduction to playing steel drums!
